  • Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with our financial services
  • Proactively coordination with the clients to provide timely and comprehensive written and verbal updates
  • Addressing client queries as answering questions or resolving complaints and data requirements
  • Follow up on calls and emails to resolve the issues in a timely manner ensuring clients remain contented
  • Becoming a bridge between Operations team & client
 
Skills Required:
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS-Office
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Proficiency in email writing
 
Qualification & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Finance
  • 2-3 years exp in handling Client Relationships in Finance Industry
