Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end operation process, optimizing workflow efficiency, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery

  • Ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries, complaints, and grievances by streamlining processes, reducing turnaround time, and identifying bottlenecks to enhance productivity and service quality.

  • Manage team performance and provide feedback to ensure goal achievement while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Prepare operational reports and KRA/KPI of the team while analysing data to identify trends, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.

  • Work closely to automate and optimize operational processes while ensuring data security and confidentiality in all transactions.

Key Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in NBFC operations, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
