We are seeking a qualified Business Coordinator to join our growing team.

Profile Overview

  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Qualification: Graduate- B.COM Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of CRM & Timely Login of Business Leads
  • Preparation & Updation of Business-related MIS like Login, Disbursement, Collection & Sales Pipeline;
  • Coordination with Internal Stakeholders within Credit & Operations for seamless and timely business booking and related aspects;
  • Timely Review & Renewal of Borrowal Accounts;
  • Facilitation to Sales/Business Teams with regards to Logins, Credit Query Resolution, Post Sanction Documentation & Limit Set-up.
  • Channel Business Partners related work.

 

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in CRM software & MS Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for coordination 
  • Back office Coordination experience in BFSI Sector would be preferred
