About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager/Officer to join our growing NBFC team in Jaipur. The role involves managing client relationships, Client Follow ups, Maintaining client databases ,Tracking renewals etc. 

• Experience: 4-5 Years
• Qualification: Graduation or above

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients 
• Conduct regular client follow-ups via calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms 
• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, anchors, and trade partners, Drive business growth by converting qualified leads into active clients 
• Maintain client data and reports of all client interactions and leads in CRM 
• Act as Client Primary contact  during sourcing Onboarding  
• Provide prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain trust and satisfaction 
• Ensure timely review and renewal of borrowal accounts, Track renewal schedules and complete processes before due dates, Support retention through proactive renewal planning 
• Coordinate closely with Business Development and internal teams 

Key Skills & Competencies Required:

• 4+ years of experience in Relationship Management  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills 
• Proficiency in softwares like CRM systems  
• Basic knowledge of Excel 
• Understanding of Basic Finance /Commercial practices
