Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Experience : 2 – 3 years in similar field

Responsibilities :

• Gather business requirements, uncover areas for improvement while evaluating business processes and data sources.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Analyze projects or programmes and apply business analysis skillsets throughout the project lifecycle from idea initiation to implementation
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders at all levels across the organization to ensure that business needs are met.
• Support the testing phases of the project and lead the facilitation of acceptance testing.
• Produce change analysis including impact assessment, process maps, stakeholder identification and management as well as business readiness and risk assessment
• Document components of the projects including epics, stories, use cases, data assets and deliverables

Note: A background in the financial industry is advantageous.
